We pay special attention to training local staff,
particularly in the correct procedures for operating the
rides.
Both operational and maintenance staff have to be confident in the specifics of each ride. The time spent by local staff to familiarize themselves with the ride
has been shown to significantly reduce downtime.
Hands on experience is the best form of training. Wherever possible, we try to give each member of the staff an opportunity to get a 'feel' for the ride, while explaining the technical documentation.
Due to the constant need for refresher courses and training for new staff, we will always be available to conduct such training sessions in close cooperation with our manufacturers. |
